Vintage Vogue

I so love this set called Vintage Vogue. It has such a nice array of stamps that just make a no fail great card everytime.  The new catalog has lots of vintage items in it so I see pairing this set with those embellishments to make awesome cards, scrapbook pages, gift bags, you name it.

This card went together really quickly and I have to say, I love my BIG SHOT! It adds so much to the texture of my projects. I should do a remake of this card without using any Big Shot stuff and show you how plain jane it would be. But not today, too much work to do.

Awash With Flowers

Awash with Flowers is being added to my list of favorite stamp sets.  I love two step stamping, it is quick and easy and always looks great even if the images don't line up because it gives a bit of a watercolor look.  Awash with Flowers is a new stamp set that will premiere in the July Stampin' Up! How cute is this little treat bag.  The Awash with Flowers was stamped and cut out, then mounted with dimensionals for a 3-D look and is just so so cute! Who wouldn't love getting a gift in this bag which makes it two gifts in one, an awesome personally hand-stamped bag from you with the gift you choose to put inside. 

Off to paint cabinets in my new stamp/scrap room.  Can't wait to get it finished, move in and start having friends over and holding classes and workshops there. Woo hoo!  I will be having an open house and there will be some lucky customers that get some good deals when they come!

Hopping Down the Bunny Trail

These are two of the three projects we did at Hostess club this month.  The little treat pouch is made from the Two Tags Sizzlit Die (115954-$21.95) using two of the tags together. The other side has a cute Easter stamp on it as well.  The bunny card was fun to make, who doesn't love a chocolate bunny at Easter!  I cut extras of these projects so I could make some for myself and I combined some elements of the two for one of my Easter cards.

I just love this Chocolate bunny!! He is available until April 30th in the Occasions Mini.
